PayHero AI Connector

The PayHero connector lets an AI assistant answer questions about your PayHero payroll data. It's read-only, it can look things up, but can't create, change, or delete anything in PayHero.

Access

You sign in to PayHero and authorise the connection using OAuth. Access is scoped to your own company's data, and the assistant never sees your login credentials. After connecting, you can enable or disable individual tools, so you only expose the information you want the assistant to access.

What the assistant can look up

All tools are read-only and return data for the authorised company only, as structured JSON.

Tool	Data returned
Employee Profile	Roster and employment details. Name, role, team, status, pay cycle, standard hours. No bank, tax, or date-of-birth details.
Leave Balances	Current annual, sick, and alternative leave available per employee.
Pay Summary	Pay totals over a date range, from finalised pays, grouped by employee or period.
Leave	Leave requests with their dates and status (approved / declined / pending).
Leave Summary	Totals of leave taken over a date range.
Hours Summary	Worked hours over a date range.
